Where do you ship from?

I do domestic shipping from Tel Aviv and ship internationally from Germany

Where are you based?

I'm based in sunny Tel Aviv, home to awesome beaches and tons of dogs. I also work out of Germany, and I have a small company there that handles only our shipments and deliveries.

Why do you ship from Germany?

It’s hard to even send a letter in the Middle East, let alone my precious merch. It’s a whole lot faster and safer to ship from Germany.

I didn’t receive a tracking code with the shipping email

That’s a bummer, and shouldn’t be happening. Please tell me if you don’t have your tracking code, and I’ll get things back on track. Sorry!

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, keep an eye out for a dispatch notification email with your tracking number. Even though I'm a real company and not a robot, spam detectors aren’t perfect. So…see if my mail got flagged as junk mail by accident. I know it wasn’t on purpose. My feelings are only a little hurt. Once you’ve got that email safely in your normal inbox, the carrier should send you notifications directly. And you can watch your new swag travel along its route to you.

Can you deliver to post boxes, parcel lockers, and international addresses?

I can deliver to pretty much anywhere, as long as it’s a real address and you’ll be there for a while! Send your stuff to a PO box, locker, camper van, your aunt’s houseboat….just make sure that when you’re filling out your address in Line 1 when you order that it’s actually where you want your stuff going

Can I pick up my order?

Sure! Come visit me in Tel Aviv, I love meeting new friends and I'm always happy to recommend museums, the best restaurants, and the chilliest venues, cool parties and the best tattoo artists!

My order is lost/missing. What do I do?

PANIC!!! Or don’t, because I have got you covered. If you’ve waiting more than 2 or 3 days past the delivery date, let me know. Send over your order number and other details, and I’ll talk to the carrier. This doesn’t happen often, so don’t stress. In the terrible, awful, unlikely, unthinkable situation where I can’t locate your parcel, we’ll get you a replacement. For free

My shipping details are incorrect. What do I do?

Cry and gnash your teeth! Wail to the skies! Or realize we all make mistakes, it’s totally fine, and get in touch with me as soon as you realize something is wrong. I try to process orders in 1 or 2 days, and if you reach me in that window, we can change the details together. If it’s already gone out, I’ll let you know, and I can talk to the courier. Crisis averted

How do I use my discount code?

With joy. Type or paste your personal code for credit or a discount into the “Discount Code” field when you’re ready to check out, and then hit “Apply”. Boom goes the discount! You’ll see your updated total. Remember though, I can only process a single promotion per transaction, and once you’ve paid up, you can’t use that code again. Choose your moment wisely.

Use a discount code during checkout by typing (or pasting) your personal code into the "Discount Code" field, then hit the "Apply" button. Once the promotion is applied, it will then be visible in your updated cart total.

I received a faulty item. What do I do?

Let me know. Like, the second you think something is wrong, reach out to me. I'm sorry you even have to think about your poor t-shirt or hoodie being less than perfect when it arrives at your door. I’ll look at some pictures, maybe have you send it back, and depending on how bad things are, I'll either refund you or give you a replacement, but keep in mind that’s at our discretion.

Can I change my order?

Not if you’ve already placed the order and paid. Sorry, but them’s the rules. I can’t add or remove items after that point, but if your address is wrong, we will try to fix that before it goes out to the courier.

Is it safe to order online?

As safe as it is to post pictures of your cat or you breakfast online! I lock down your personal information through a totally secure end-to-end process to make sure you’re not becoming a third-party data point. Your order and your privacy are our business, nobody else’s.

How long does delivery take?

That’s up to you! Deutsche Post offers a ton of options, and you pick whatever floats your boat. Keep in mind that these shipping times kick in once your order has left our warehouse. We dispatch orders every business day, so it’s pretty speedy.
