We do domestic shipping from Tel Aviv and ship internationally from Germany

We’re based in sunny Tel Aviv, home to awesome beaches and tons of dogs. We also work out of Germany, and our office there handles only our shipments and deliveries

It’s hard to even send a letter in the Middle East, let alone our precious merch. It’s a whole lot faster and safer to ship from Germany

Once you place your order, keep an eye out for a dispatch notification email with your tracking number. Even though we’re a real company with real people, spam detectors aren’t perfect. So…see if we got flagged as junk mail by accident. We know it wasn’t on purpose. Our feelings are only a little hurt. Once you’ve got that email safely in your normal inbox, the carrier should send you notifications directly. And you can watch your new swag travel along its route to you

We can deliver to pretty much anywhere, as long as it’s a real address and you’ll be there for a while! Send your stuff to a PO box, locker, camper van, your aunt’s houseboat….just make sure that when you’re filling out your address in Line 1 when you order that it’s actually where you want your stuff going

PANIC!!! Or don’t, because we’ve got you covered. If you’ve waiting more than 2 or 3 days past the delivery date, let us know. Send over your order number and other details, and we’ll talk to the carrier. This doesn’t happen often, so don’t stress. In the terrible, awful, unlikely, unthinkable situation where we can’t locate your parcel, we’ll get you a replacement. For free

Cry and gnash your teeth! Wail to the skies! Or realize we all make mistakes, it’s totally fine, and get in touch with us as soon as you realize something is wrong. We process orders in 1 or 2 days, and if you reach us in that window, we can change the details ourselves. If it’s already gone out, we’ll let you know, and you can talk to the courier. Crisis averted

With joy. Type or paste your personal code for credit or a discount into the “Discount Code” field when you’re ready to check out, and then hit “Apply”. Boom goes the discount! You’ll see your updated total. Remember though, we can only process a single promotion per transaction, and once you’ve paid up, you can’t use that code again. Choose your moment wisely

Let us know. Like, the second you think something is wrong, reach out to us. We’re sorry you even have to think about your poor t-shirt or hoodie being less than perfect when it arrives at your door. We’ll look at some pictures, maybe have you send it back, and depending on how bad things are, we’ll either refund you or give you a replacement, but keep in mind that’s at our discretion

Not if you’ve already placed the order and paid. Sorry, but them’s the rules. We can’t add or remove items after that point, but if your address is wrong, we will try to fix that before it goes out to the courier

As safe as it is to post pictures of your cat or you breakfast online! We lock down your personal information through a totally secure end-to-end process to make sure you’re not becoming a third-party data point. Your order and your privacy are our business, nobody else’s

That’s up to you! Deutsche Post offers a ton of options, and you pick whatever floats your boat. Keep in mind that these shipping times kick in once your order has left our warehouse. We dispatch orders every business day, so it’s pretty speedy
