Refund Policy

Refunds:
If you've requested a refund, please note that we only issue refunds if the clothes are damaged and we've received proof within 14 days. If your refund is approved, you will be given the option to exchange the damaged product for a new one or to receive a refund.

Returns:
My products are made to order just for you, meaning the process to get you a custom design is more labor intensive than any old t-shirt. As such, I do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you get your delivery and the item is defective, damaged, or just plain not what you wanted, please let us know within 14 days of getting it so I can sort you out! I'll take a look at everything, and if the damage or defect is on me, I'll be sure to send you a new product at no additional cost.

Cancellations: Unfortunately, due to my on-demand manufacturing process, we are unable to cancel any orders more than 12 hours from the time of purchase. 

If your order shows "delivered" and you did not receive it. Please contact your local courier and file a claim.

I'm not responsible if the given address is incorrect and I will not replace/refund with store credit if it is delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact me before it ships to change the address if you find any errors with your address.
